It’s about 2AM, pouring rain. I’ve been remiss in writing about all the cool and fun things happening. Like for instance, getting introduced to the Toronto Dance Community Love-In.
Tonight was the first night of the Love-In’s 2-week ps: We Are All Here performance series. Do yourself a favour: Go see some shows. If tonight was any indication, the performances you’ll see will be well worth the trek to Sterling Road.
I’ve promised to blog about all the shows this week. (For their blog. More Marginalia in style than a series of reviews.)
I don’t know what I’ll write/share for the other 5 shows – including tonight’s other outstanding opening show, More than one way to skin a cat, by Eroca Nicols and Francesca Pedullà – but while I sleep on that, you can read the pseudo-poem I wrote just now about Amanda Acorn’s You/Me/Us (prologue) on the Toronto Dance Community Love-In blog
